MY EXPERIENCE
I graduated from Rhodes College, a prestigious Liberal Arts school in Memphis, TN in 2017 with a Bachelors degree in English, Creative Writing. Through my studies of literature and practice in creative writing, I developed a unique approach to writing that focuses on intuition and favors fluidity. Once I received my degree, I developed a career in HR and Communications through recruiting and client relations. I have helped people land jobs at eBay, Walmart, Kroger, Charles Schwab, and Google through proper interview preparation, resume enhancement, and providing knowledge on the candidate hiring market.

Resume Review
An extensive resume review involves an editing process to structure a resume, cut down on access fluff, and determine what experiences to include vs. exclude. Highlighting specific strong skill sets and areas of expertise that are tailored to a specific industry or role is a key part of the process. We will also work on enhancing a resume though providing statistical data and showing concrete examples.
Interview Tips
I provide tips on how to prepare for an interview, perfect an introduction, answer situational questions, and guidance on how to provide specific examples in previous work experience. We will also work on determining the right questions to ask, review proper etiquette, and how to craft a Thank You note.
Cover Letter
Writing a cover letter for each job you apply to can be time consuming. I provide you with a basic structure that you can apply to each job you apply to, as well as tips on how to tailor each one.
